So not all robots just the ones that are extremely human or animal like- I get this funny sick feeling in my tummy, like I saw a ghost! weird! Why is this? And do they freak you out too?

I know what you mean, i have the same feeling,
I think in the first movie it is because of the light dimming and the slowmotion, the second is the eary noise the machine makes and the human-life like legs, pretty freaky!
It freaks me out like the effect a mouse has on an elephant

Elephant has fear because the size is so alien it cant handle what MIGHT or MIGHT not happen.
The same with robots especially the 4 legged one. We are looking at something so alien our minds cant actually figure out what we are looking at so it makes me panic.

The creepy effect humanlike robots have on us is called the “Uncanny Valley”.
