Being an iPhone developer is like being the new P diddy; you can get rich quick and make a killing. But only if your app is at the top of the ratings on the app store. One of the ways to get your app is to get to the top is to have good reviews, but how can you get users to give your app a good review? You can’t, unless you hold a gun to their head, that is until now:
FuelMyApp.com provides a win win ecosystem for developers and users; Developers get honest reviews and users, who review apps, get them for free -yeay!
How it works: developers submit their app’s reference to fuelmyapp.com and select how many reviews they want to pay for. iPhone users will be able to buy their app from fuelmyapp and keep it. Once the app has been reviewed, fuelmyapp.com credits the reviewer back the cost of the app instantly.
So how do fuelmyapp.com make money? They charge developers’ 2.99 per review-sounds quite a lot but for 1000 reviews it will cost you $3000 – not a lot to get to the top of the pile and potentially make your P diddy millions.
Plus if your an iPhone user, you are spending an average of $80 a month on iPhone apps, so get reviewing quick, get your apps for free and spend your extra $80 P.diddy syle on bling and bitches.

Thanks for the review. Loads of app’s will be in there just as soon as we have finished tweaking the code during testing
Cheers
how do itunes feel about paid for reviews?
can the review be critical and you will still pay the money back automatically?
I’ll ask the founder to answer your question!
With 70,000 apps now in the iPhone store it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get reviews of your apps and mindshare. This a brilliant idea. Why didn’t I come up with it:-)
I run the iPhone Boot Camp http://www.iphonebootcampnyc.com,the largest network of iPhone developer training sites, with over 20 meetup group, including the second largest developer meetup in NYC and San Francisco.
FuelMyApps is fairly mysterious regarding the founders i.e the about page is blank?
Hermione do you by chance know who is behind Fuel MyApps? I would love to get in touch with the brilliant entrepreneur and discuss a cross promotion with our thousands of iPhone developers.
Hi jonathan
The site is pre-launch, about us pages coming asap.

Thanks Kevin.

I’ll send you an email about some ideas for a cross promotion with our thousands of iPhone developers.
thanks for answer Kevin
Hi Tim
Sorry for the lack of reply, thought I’d answered.
How do iTunes feel – we’d like to talk to them – we feel we can actually do something very exciting with them.
Regarding critical reviews, the whole point of fuelmyapp is that us (as iphone users) get to see honest reviews rather than fake or spammy reviews.
The reviewer is not told what to write nor told to be positive – simply honest. We pay back the app cost on review, the fact it may be critical is something for the developers to take up on and make sure their app does what it says – soon, developers will be able to talk to reviewers and if relevant, discuss why their app failed (or was great!)..
This is all about honest reviews.
How does fuelmyapp.com automatically know when you have reviewed the app?
Isn’t there a delay in time between reviewing and getting your money back?
