Hi everyone, it’s Isabelle (one of Techfuff’s European correspondents) with a few words about Picnic 09′ PICNIC09 last week here in Amsterdam.
For those of you who don’t know PICNIC – it’s one of Europe’s main future and innovation conferences – uniting the worlds of media, entertainment and technology.
Apart from being a feast for the eyes PICNIC features a 3 day programme of truly inspirational speakers and workshops, well worth it if you want to get the scoop on what’s new and what’s next.
Highlights for me were my tour of the Microsoft Surface Table…
And listening to one of gaming’s fathers Peter Molyneux talking project Milo- It will amaze you!
I will be interviewing the founders of Agmented Reality startup Layar soon- so watch this space:)
I found both videos amazing. The digital world never stops surprising me.
But, the Milo character was filmed previously doing all those actions – fishing etc. So its slightly fixed to look better than it really is IMO.
yeah maybe you’re right but better to have demo than none!
