Happy Christmas from Newspepper.com and Techfluff.tv!

We’ve had a brilliant year this year and worked with some amazing people and organizations who we’d love to thank by dedicating this silly video to all of you!

Here’s to more Newspepper fun in 2010! Make sure you check out our new site and mail me if you want to get in touch hermioneway@newspepper.com

This was shot on a HD Flip camera…my favorite shot is right at the end of the pan over London’s parliament.

Merry Christmas 2009,

Hermione and Chloe and the rest of the Newspepper team! Newspepper is Techfluff’s parent company.

    Haha that’s awesome!

    Great work Team Newspepper!

    Love the camera work!

  2. Thanks Julian! Yep a big thankyou goes out to our camera operator – Chris.
It was a lot of fun to make :) I love the fact that no-one seemed to batter an eyelid that two girls were madly dancing down a bridge in the centre of LDN – especially the police officer ha!
Are you @buzzwise from Melbs, Aus? Because I’d love to know what sort of meet-ups and events happen in the tech/media/entrepenurial scene in Melbs? I used to live there – but I’m out of touch at the moment…
    @ThatGirl_Chloe

  3. Julian Palei says:

Haha I did notice a couple of cheeky grins but yeah no major battering of eyelids! I loved it though…couldn’t stop laughing!

Yep @buzzwise is me! Very perceptive of you. :)

I’ve only been in the game “properly” for about 6 months and to my knowledge I don’t think we have much down here in terms of meetsup and events (well at least compared to you guys over in Europe).

I’m planning on being over there next year and cant wait to hit up all the events!

  4. We just had an iPhone Boot Camp in Melbourne at a co-working space called the Hub.

It was well attended, with five developers from an Aussie company Sensis and we covered augmented reality iPhone apps.

The instructors were the co-founders of Secret Lab, http://www.secretlab.au/ a company in Hobert, Tasmania, home of the dreaded Tasmanian devil.

Things are definitely happening in Melbourne, at least when it comes to iPhone apps.

Who knew you girls could sing so well? :P

Definitely in the wrong profession – Hermione & Chloe for X -Factor 2010!

    Merry Christmas Newspepper team!

  6. Thanks James! We’ll look into it :P

Thanks for the tip Jonathan. I also found a ‘Facebook Developers Melbourne, Australia’ group, too – though it doesn’t seem to be that active anymore – but ‘least it’s there.

I’ll have a looksie at Secret Lab.
