This week they announced they'd got to 500 million monthly active users (i.e. who've used the site in the past month), and over 250 million daily active users - so if you include all the users who haven't used Facebook in the last month, that will be an even higher number of 'members' (maybe 600m). Sadly very few blogs/sites/news organisations managed to report this correctly. And the event was organised by the FDGL committee, not just Josh! :-) The 'winners', as selected by the judges, by the way, were Tube Warning, Suggested Shares and Rummbler.
