This week the revolutionary cloud computing and file sharing software LifeSort launched in the UK! LifeSort allows you to easily share, store and save your files straight from your computer desktop to the cloud – which means you can access your files from anywhere whether it be your home computer, browser or on your iPhone.
The unique feature about LifeSort is that all your files and folders are duplicated to the cloud – so unlike other file sharing sites – it has the ability to help you organise, find and share your files meaning that you can save your files remotely in the same file structure you have on your computer.
Watch the video above to find out what others had to say about LifeSort at their London Launch Party.

So like Dropbox then?
I don’t understand the difference between this and dropbox…
Like the two previous comments, I was trying to figure out how this is different to dropbox or even something like carbonite. The problem is with something like this (and I hope and wish every startup well) is that dropbox has got the share of mind in this space as shown by the two previous comments, which will be difficult to overcome.
not to mention SugarSync which is like DropBox on steroids… https://www.sugarsync.com/referral?rf=cgkd4dn2900zc
LifeSort is….your local documents, internet favorites and dropbox like documents brought together in ONE smooth drag and drop interface on your desktop. From there you decide per file or per folder what goes online and what is being shared.
As such it allows you to keep everything in one hand. It has basically melted all the separate file/folder structures and systems you use (for file management/cloud storage/sending of big files) into ONE solution: LifeSort
Check out the WHY LIFESORT video on http://www.lifesort.com! Explains a lot.
Gladly available for questions or comments!

Forgot mentioning: MAC version expected mid summer, iPhone and iPad readers as off next month!
Is this for those poor souls running Windows who’ve never heard of MobileMe & iDisk?
It may be a “revolution” for people who are years behind Mac users, but for us this is one big yawn.
@Ray. Thx for the reply. I am actually a big fan of Mac myself, but this is really a bit different.
Perhaps good to check out the videos on http://www.lifesort.com and /www.lifesort.com/features/tutorial
Especially as a MAC user I think you might actually like them a lot.
Gladly available for further questions and comments.
Thanks,
Robin
