The results are in for the world’s first iCommunity convention: JailBreakCon aka MyGreatFest!

JailBreakCon formerly MyGreatFest (Final Cut) from Newspepper on Vimeo.

The long awaited JailBreakCon formerly known as MyGreatFest took place this past Saturday, September 17, in the Old Truman Brewery in London. The world had been anticipating a face to face gathering of the iCommunity for some time and now that wait is over.

At JailBreakCon I met up with the leading thinkers and followers of this community to find out what they are looking forward to in the future of the Jailbreaking and iCommunity world and what makes them interested in this industry. It was great to see such a wide range of attendees from those merely attracted to technology to the actual developers and in between. From coders to hackers their were people from all sorts of diverse technological backgrounds and they were brought together by the event.

There were a number of presentations and discussions ranging from @Aaronash, @p0sixninja and @iOPK members of the Chronic-Dev team, to Carsten Heinelt aka @iFile4iPhone, James Whelton aka @Jwhelton, and Jay Freeman aka @Saurik the founder of Cydia.

To see more from the event go to http://mygreatfest.net/ and check it out! Although JailBreakCon formerly known as MyGreatFest was the worlds first ever iCommunity and Jailbreaking convention I am sure it will not be the last.
